The NTS 65 flail mower is a professional model for park maintenance personnel and farmers, to be used for cleaning untilled land, pruning in orchards, vineyards and underbrush, even with sloping land and in narrow spaces. Its extreme ease and versatility make it ideal also for private intensive work.
It is a powerful machine equipped with a 9 HP, sturdy and reliable petrol engine, also by virtue of its transmission and gears in oil bath. Its performance is excellent. The cutting unit, made up of a rotor with 38 fins adjustable in height (from 20 to 80 mm), together with the working width (65 cm), makes it possible to cut up and crumble grass, shoots, branches of short plants and brushwood.
Another plus the NTS 65 flail mower offers is ease of use for the operator. For example, it features a handy self-winding rope starter that simplifies machine ignition and a steering system with independent steering clutches on the driving wheels that allow the machine to be manoeuvred extremely easily in small spaces and on sloping land. The machine is equipped with a four-speed gearbox (3 av. + 1 rm.). Lastly, the handlebars are adjustable in four positions in height and in five lateral positions, something that lets the operator work while maintaining correct posture, even in narrow spaces and close to obstructions.
The machine is fitted with service and automatic parking brakes when the clutch is released so that maximum operator safety is ensured.
